We use information to provide and secure the platform, create and host workspaces, process billing, send transactional emails, improve the product, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Workspace Data
Your workspace data is isolated on a dedicated tenant URL. Platform staff access tenant data only when needed for support, security, or legal compliance, and under access controls.

We use essential cookies for login, security, and form state. Analytics cookies, if used, load only with your consent where required.
6. Retention & Security
We retain account and billing records as needed to operate the service and meet legal requirements. We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS and access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational limits. Workspace owners can also manage or export data inside their tenant admin tools where available.
8. Children’s Privacy
The service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy and will post the revised version with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
